The Chongqing Quality Association organized a delegation to visit and exchange with Rueijhu, exploring the practical pathways for empowering new quality productivity through the role of "Chief Quality Officers."

On November 7, 26 members of the Chief Quality Officer Branch of the Chongqing Quality Association and corporate representatives visited Zhong County for a thematic learning activity titled "Chief Quality Officer Practice Exchange," led by Li Tianchun, a first-class researcher from the Municipal Market Supervision Administration. The company shared and exchanged insights on its innovatively developed "Four Alls and One Chain" quality management model with the visiting delegation.

As a national high-tech enterprise with a complete industrial chain spanning from bamboo cultivation to the research, development, and manufacturing of eco-friendly products, Rueijhu deeply understands that quality is the lifeline of corporate survival and growth. Since 2017, the company has fully implemented the Chief Quality Officer (CQO) system, granting them authority over quality strategy formulation, veto power, and cross-departmental coordination, effectively making them the "core engine" driving quality upgrades. Through the in-depth practice of the "Four Comprehensives and One Chain" model, Rueijhu has not only achieved significant reductions in quality costs and substantial improvements in customer satisfaction but also successfully obtained international certifications such as FDA and LFGB. Its products have been included in the national "Bamboo for Plastic Replacement" catalog, effectively promoting high-quality corporate development and the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the regional bamboo industry.
On the production front, the guests inspected the core processes such as bamboo fiber raw material sorting and mold forming, expressing sincere admiration for Rueijhu's environmentally friendly bamboo fiber tableware and quality management model.
Li Tianchun, a first-level researcher from the Chongqing Municipal Market Supervision Administration, who led the delegation from the Chongqing Quality Association, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the warm reception and insights shared by Rueijhu Company. He noted that Rueijhu's "Four Alls and One Chain" model, particularly its strategic positioning and systematic practices centered on the Chief Quality Officer system, provides a highly instructive "Rueijhu Model" for the quality upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially within county-level industrial clusters. This observation visit was not only an opportunity for learning but also for inspiration, with the hope that enterprises would bring back advanced experiences to collectively elevate Chongqing's quality work to new heights.
The observation and exchange activity concluded successfully in a lively atmosphere. Rueijhu Company stated that it will continue to deepen quality management innovation in the future, collaborating with industry peers to contribute more efforts to the implementation of the "Replace Plastic with Bamboo" national strategy and the high-quality development of Chongqing's manufacturing sector.
